4. SUBSEQUENT SERVICE TICKET NO.8028754045 DATED 25-08-09 – ATER WHICH IT WAS REPAIRED.

5. AGAIN SAME PROBLEM REF. SERVICE TICKET NO. 8030542022 DT.12-10-09.

6. CASE NO. 2691058 GIVEN TO ME ON 20-10-09

7. ANOTHER CASE NO. 2706244 GIVEN ON 21-10-09

8. TODAY 07-011-09 AFTER TALKING TO HP SEVERAL TIMES AND AFTER HAVING CHANGED MY PRINTER HY IS SAYING THAT MY CARE PACK IS NOT REGISTERED

I have been spending time collecting ticket nos. and case nos. Even after over at least 10 calls however no action has been taken by HP and the problem still remains.

I am in the business on printing photos and I am loosing customers and money.

At this juncture I must add that there is a lot of communication gap in HP. Every time I complained I was told to contact Redington at Tirupati Teletech, Janki Apartments, Inner Circular Road, Bistupur, Jamshedpur – 831001. This Tirupati Teletech refused to accept my complain. I conveyed this to HP they refused to understand. Subsequently after various phone calls i was told to contact another co.

What is even more surprising that even after purchasing a care pack Iam told that the machine is out of guarantee?

It is sad that a co like HP is behaving in this manner with its customers.

Please urgently look into the matter.
