Warranty issue for N/B

In continuation to my last discussion with Parvesh, HP team Delhi, A-200 Okhla office i need to pay 25, 000/ INR for the panel to be replaced which according to HP team is broken. Now pls tell me that when the product is in warranty why do i need to pay. And the most inportant thing is that the screen was not damaged from outside so how do a end user will be aware that it is broken.

I requested the HP team that it was giving a flickering problem from last few days & then suddently it stopped working. This problem was not a new problem same is also mentioned in the earlier case studies attached for your reference.(attachment 2&3). On the other hand had it been broken it should have stopped working immediately. Paying 25, 000/- today will get a new laptop, correct me if i am wrong.
