Laptop problems

Sir,

i purchased HP laptop. Within one year under warranty itelf the dvd player stopped detecting dvd. I got it replaced and it didnt run even one day and it was also not working. Again i got the dvd player replaced and again not even for onced it detected dvd and if thid was not enough my speakers were also replaced the same time and they replaced it with the old defected one.

i complained at hp twice and nothing happened not even i got the reply.

i have given my laptop in the service centers of Indore ans Ahmedabad and i have proogs to show.
