Servicing problem

I purchased HP pavilion1210in in 2004 from computer plus Ghatkopar-e, mumbai-83. now i had problem with my cpu/motherboard. they send engg. he make connection & tell me ok. after 1 day i check it was not worked. engg. come next day & tell me it is sparked. they told me your whole cpu is damage u have to replace it with more charges.
