Dear Consumer Forum,

I have called a while ago about the worst service by HP in our area, we have a double cylinder and inspite of that, any given point of time he books one and that too he doesn't deliver it on time. I am not sure if my gas distributor has been selling it illegally for double price and troubling the genuine customers like me. The normal practice is after 21 days booking needs to be done and within a week the cylinder should be delivered but for me, they have been delaying it for 15 days or so.
