Filling less petrol then the fare

Hi,

HP petrol pump located in front of Maratha Mandir, near Chandni Chowk PUNE never uses the meter to set the charge and because of that everytime it fills the petrol for less money

for eg: everytime I ask them to fill 100 Rs petrol then they will fill 99.66 or 99.77 Rs.

This happens everytime with me and many other passengers.

By this we end up loosing almost 100 Rs /annum (will vary as per usage)

and they end up earning more...

This should be stopped and every person should say upfront to use meters.
