consumer 614764 agency: Badal Gas Agency Sector -10 Vashi Navi Mumbai

My wife had booked for refill of cylinder by telebooking on 25122007 and was given booking no 2. But till date we have not received the refill and following up with the agency is a nightmare. They do'nt pick up the phone and even if they do they have worst telephone manners. The in charge of the shop is never available and his mobile is always unavailable. Everyday they promise that " kal Aa Jayega"(you will surely get it tomorrow) but no news after that. This is the routine after every booking. Either HPCL should discontinue the telebooking or they should cancel the license of such dealers who don't care a hoot about the customers. There should be redressal for this grievance immediately as i am sure many more customers will be suffering like this.
