Indefinite delay in supply of LPG cylinde

Our local gas agent, Soham Gas Services, Kolbad, Thane (West) is very irregular in supplying the gas cylinder. We have been facing the problem since last one year. Their erratic service is creating lot of inconvenience to us.

Every time we book, the standard reply by them is that the cylinder will be supplied in 10 or 15 days time. After this period is elapsed, we have to personally go and follow up with them. They give false promises that it will be delivered in a day or two or some vague reason that the there is no supply from the company itself.

Please look into the matter as all the consumers of this agent are having similar problems.
