HPCL-LPG cylinder supply
Non delivery of gas cylinde

I am a consumer of HP gas since long. Presently we are staying at the following address:

Door 22/A, VISVESWARAYYA STREET-2, OFF CHURCH ROAD, IN FRONT OF WATER TANK, K.K.PUDUR, COIMBATORE-38.

My Consumer No. is 617985 with Rukmini Gas Agency, Coimbatore. I have booked for a cylinder vide

booking no. 178647- 09.01.2009. Till date the cylinder is not delivered. Initially I had my subscription voucher from Muthu Gas Service, Coimbatore, who subsequently transfer it to Rukmini Gas Agency, which is located 9 kms away from our residence.

We are facing a lot of difficulties due to non supply of the cylinder. The employees of the Gas Agency only give false promises of delivery.

Please look into the matter urgently.
