Promotinal offers coudnt recieved

Hi,

I had purchased a HP COMPAQ PRESARIO CQ40-145TU model laptop on 31st Dec. and as per the promotions I was supposed to get a free gift i.e. A kodak camera as per the rules

My documents (Required Amount of DD, bills) were submitted already and its already toward the end of 6 weeks. I haven’t received any notification from the redemption cell. I called so many times but they said they are processing and will send it soon but still nothing happened.

pls look into the matter and advice what should be done
