We have purchased a Compaq PC (3630) in Feb. Following this we have sent the required documents and a cheque of Rs. 999. to M/s Innovative Incentives as indicated in offer documents. The cheque has been credited to the respective account more than a month back.
a. We have not recieved the respective gifts (Printer and UPS) till date. Moreover, we have tried to enquire about the status of the same 5-6 times. It is unfortunate that despite 3 mails and more than 10 attempts to reach M/s Innovative Incentives, we have been unsuccessful.
b. Please note that the phone no. (0172 4691000) is always unanswered. The services of this company are not upto the benchmarks set by HP. Such incidences rather indicate difference in the quality of service promised by HP and that experience by customers due to inefficient outsource options.
c. Please also note that the last mail reply from Inoovative incentive is illogical and I would like to understand what audit so they want to do after encashing the cheque.
