After sale service and no page to follow up complaint

Computer was purchased from authorised dealer giving freebees as said but till date it is not working many complaint was given but in deaf years.iwanted to extend my warranty to three years but the so called coustomer care is never replied to the written emails and corresponding to the extend that my chance of reneweing within one year had failed. again unfortunately i had to buy a printer of hp make which was registered with hp.an email came that we can avail to extend our limited warranty of one year to three year. i went to croma from where product was purchased, iwas adviced to goto vashi then from there i was told to aplly online and the company will contact me. after one month i recieved call from delhi talking with the gentlemen was ok again i recieved an email stating to provide contact number and home address which idid but already one and half month had passed.hp should stop giving false promises for after sales services i know in india this has no value but can they do this in us.
