HP (Compaq) Laptop
Refuse To Give Free Replacement Parts In Warranty

Dear Sir

I have purchased a HP (Compaq) Laptop from Home Town (Future Group Show Room) in ahmedabad on 03/05 having bill no T10/103. the LCD of laptop has been damage in normal use condition due to manufacturing deffect, when i go to their service centre to repair they refuse for parts replacement in free of cost, they are demanding Rs.15000/- for LCD replacement. so i requesting you to do the needful.
