Sir,

This is just one and half month that i ve given my laptop to the HP service Centre under extended warranty on 11.11.08.Surprisingly after repeated pursuation over phone they did not respond. Only the feedback is spare parts scarcity. When ever this period of delay is requested to be added with the warranty period they are refusing. So being the own service centre if they are suffering with spare parts unavailability then why they are taking charges in form of Extended warranty. Are all these vague?
