Defected laptop

I had purchased a laptop for hp on 4th dec I have having mulipal complaints since the 3 month of purchase, they have changed my laptop screen, my hard dick, formated my laptop twice, its still having problems, when call they just dont pick up, or if they pick up the call they say they have reverted my complain to the head office in banglore, every day i have to call they, Im tired of followuping with they.

Its been more then 1 year they take the laptop to the service centre but when it comes back to me it have some new problems added to it
