Delay in getting the cylinde

We have applied for the gas on 25th Dec. Its more than 10 days we have not got the cylinder. We have called the customer care person number of times but they don't seem to entertain and give us the proper status. Since last 5 days we are told that today you'll get it. They even cut the phone even before completing the conversation.
Very poor service.
