HP COOKING GAS
Dealer 's behavior & malpractices

I am a resident of Bangalore using HP cooking gas for last 20 years without any trouble. However, during last year, the agency has been changed (without my knowledge & choice) to M/s. MCD Enterprises, Bangalore, (Phone No. 080-22234351, 080-22279041), who do not follow courtesy to customer, never attends telephones for enquiry & informations, the telephones are kept engaged always in misuse & personal calls. The malpractices in the delivery system prevails in every area & delivery boys threatens customer if tips are not given as per demand, waiting list sequence is bypassed as corruption is very clearly observed.

Even the centralised customer care unit (Ph. No. : 080-28530547) is equally inefficient to deal with customers
