Hp designjet 4000 ps
Ordered Electronic modulator yet not received

Sir/ mam,

we have placed an order to hp thru bonam solution for modulator of A0 printer of 4000 ps two months ago. But we haven't received any information or updation regarding the product. As I am permanent customer of hp products, I request to do the needful at the earliest (within 2 weeks).
