HP Designjet Plotter 4000PS
Poor Response From HP

I have a HP Designjet 4000PS plotter which is lying non functional for want of the carriage belt on which the cartridge moves. On contacting the HP vendors at Jorhat, Kolkata and at Guwahati i am told that the part is not available locally and has to be imported from outside... Though i have offered them to pay instantly, in cash, yet they seem to have no responsibility to attend to the call.there has been no response from the HP and the non functioning of the plotter has put me in embarrasing situations many a times. It is requested that some action may please be taken.
