Non-delivery of domestic gas

I had booked a domestic gas cylinder of HP on 14th March with M/s Sainik Cooking Gas. My then consumer number was 607039. After 20 days i was told that my new supplier would be M/s Swamiji Enterprise and i was given the consumer number 620193. I had re-booked a cooking gas cylinder of HP with Swamiji Enterprise on 5th April. As of till date on 11th April i haven't received the Gas cylinder nor have i been informed about the whereabouts of it what so ever.
