i had brought my lappy on27 feb 09 n now after 2 months my battery shows charging bt it doesnt charges n shows the same status for long as it takes even 7-8 hrs to get charge what can be done n how could u help me out.

again the same thing dat redemption offer i had sent 1495 ka cheque to the redemption cell for that promotion offer by ur company for philips home theatre but i hvnt recieved it it has crossed 9 weeks it was to reach in 6 weeks what has happened y r they not sending the was that promoyion a faky.plj reply soon n help me out as fast as possible.tell correctly wen vl i get my gift.
