HP/dv 2401 tu
Defective piece

Hi this is to bring in your notice that i bought a HP dv2401tu notebook worth rs.46, 400/- last year just one year back. Til then it had visited HP service center more then four times but returened back with no cure to the problem.now condition is that warranty is going to be over shortly.

it had been first checked at HP, Noida where its wireless card was replaced, 2nd ly it was given to HP, gurgaon where its hard disk was replaced, 3rd time it appeared at Horizion Hp center, karnal (haryana) and 4rth again it was sent to same center karnal where it is now with them for more then a month and i am just informed that its motherboard is to be changed which is not available yet.

i dont know whats going on but i warn them through your medium that i am going to take legal action against them if it is not resolved in next three days as well as i want its warranty to be extended by one year as i have no more trust in service of HP products.

the lattest case ID is 2603045643 and contact no. of service center is 0184-4031401, 9896657200.

Hope so issue is resolved soon so that i not they not test my patience.
