Unfortunately my laptop lan card stop working at the end of October. I told the HP guys at my home town on 12th nov and they assured they would going to replace it in a few days but I didn't got any response from them. Then I told in mangalore center on 12th december and today till 21st january I didn't get my laptop repaired. They are telling me that part is still not available. I had waited for more than a 70 days. This is really a depressing service from HP guys. I think this furstation led me to move to consumer court. They even not bothered to contact me once. Shameless HP!!!
