Respected Sir,

I have purchased a HP DV-5 series Model number is TU-1104 on February 09. Then i have made a DD to the favour of HP redemtion cell payable at delhi as per HP company's rules and regulations. And i have sent the DD with all required documents as HP Redemtion cell said.on 30th March 09

But, HP redemption cell have sent me back the same and they mentioned '' we are unable to process your claim due to documents received after due date of submission"

More over when i called HP Redemption cell Delhi they have not answered properly.

In this i would like to consider my problem favorably and take this issue to HP Head office in abroad.
