Our customer no is 608052. We face severe harassment from Premier gas agency, adyar, kasturiba nagar. Chennai. They do not attend calls at prime time and hung calls all of sudden. Also they do not provide the waiting number. On 17 of december we had registered for a HP cylinder and today on 28 of Jan, they say no such request was made. The delivery boys are worst who never carry a badge. They even taunt us on not paying Rs 15 more than the cylinder cost as their money. On informing the Gas agency about it they ask us to pay what the delivery boy demands. We have never faced such incidents. We request you to take severe action.
