Hp gas cylinder leakage

I have HP gas connection from Amrapali gas agency from Chinchwad, Pune.

I found gas is leaking slowly from one of my gas cyinder. Immediately I had called Amrapli gas agency.

But did not get proper respone so I went there in the agency & told about gas leakage. Then in the evening one serive person came to my house. Instead of replacing gas cylinder, he did some valve change. But still the gas was leaking. I asked him about cylinder replacement, But he assured me nothing wrong will happen, amount of gas leakage is negligibe. He refused to change the gas cylinder.

Will anybody tell me what should I do? or Please send me email address of hp pune area maneger.
