Exess transportation charged rs 22 on eash gas cylinder delivivered within the city limit

I am Hindusthan petroleum co ltd customer serviced by SASI KRISHNA GAS AGENCY manapullikavu palakkad my consumer no621329.

The agency has been charging rs 22 extra on very cylinder in addition to usual gas charges on delivery which is against all norms prescribed the petroleum company.

my place of residence is in vadakkanthara palakkad which is about 2.5 km from their office/agency hence this addition burden should not be levied on me.

On inquiry the agency is of contention that there good down is 5km away, and a oder of the district collector is available with them.

I UNDERSTAND, ALL OTHER AGENCY HAVE THEIR GOOD DOWN OUTSIDE 5 KM, BUT DO NOT CHARGE THIS AMOUNT.

ThiS amount is being charged to all poor customer who connection has been transfered from k.k.gas agency by the company them self.

I request that excess transportation charge collected may be refunded to me & all other consumers of this agency who are supplied gas with in 5km of the office
