Non-delivery of gas cylinder, even after booking the gas

Sir,

We had booked a cylinder on the 9th of December (08). Our cylinder which had to be deliverd to our home,

was given to another customer by the delivery boy named"Ganesh".

We went to the dealer about 3 times and have given a complaint to them, but there has been no action taken so far.

This is not the first complaint, but many consumers' have been put to great hardship.

The distributor no is 27974342 and our consumer no is 529020.

I request you to take immediate action regarding this matter and do the needful.
