Never Get Cylinder on Time once Booked

My Customer ID 624302 and for past six months i have been using the sevices but it is really very bad. Once you booked the number then it should reach on time. I have asked for double/extra cylinder but still i am in waiting for past six months. Please look into it and do something because it encourage black market and it is basic requirement so person cant think without gas.
