Using abusing language

I have booked a gas cylinder normally for my residence use my consumer no. 622339 Md. Zaki Borabanda hyderabad when the person who came to deliver the gas cylinder at my home he was charging for gas instead of 398/- asking us to pay 425/- unfortunately there was no one in home except my mom and my grand mother when they ask to take 405/- rs to take as normally we pay to him he was the person name was DAVID and he was drunk and using abuse language and took the cylinder with him towards the vehicle when and make a big issue on the road and finally took the amount he want when he said him the we will give a complaint against him said that you can approach to the company owner also ill not get worried about it you do what ever you want he has created a big scene in front of our house

"this is not a point of amount the thing how the DAVID has done with us and make a big issue for the small change if he could have request us for the amount we can pay him but he was drunk and used abuse language"

I REQUEST THE CONCERN AUTHORITY TO TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST HIM
