Non delivery of the HP gas

Complain: Delay in delivery of gas.. using abusive language at the time of delivery.

Sir,

My parents r facing this problem of delivery of our HP Gas since the time they had a quarrel with the delivery boy over giving tips (we had given Rs 10 as tip on delivery of the cylinder to our house 1st floor)..the delivery-guy asks for more.. and on saying no, he uses abusive language which crosses the limit..!!

Since last 3-4 months they r purposely delaying the delivery of our gas after this quarrel over giving bribe/tip on delivery..Please take action and sentisise them that they r not supposed to ask for extra money..and not use abusive lang to innocent ppl..its a shame!

Also let me know if there is any policy on&-gt; within how many days should Gas cylinder be delivered after booking it??
