Asking extra money

My father and sister are goverment servant so we have two connection and our delar is saying that if your gas has problem or no problem then also you have to give 40 Rs. on each connect other wise we are going to cut your connectionand not renew the book.

the delar is alway change his number so that we have to go to the center every time and when he is sending the cylender that time he asked for extra 5 Rs. per cylender.
