Non delivery of refil

My consumer no is 606354 with M/s Shree Veerabhadreshwar Gas Centre, Bagalkot, karnataka PIN 587101 for the past almost 10 years. I have never got refil intime. Of late it is too worst. The refil booking on 5th March was delivered to me on 11th May that too after 15-20 phone calls. Booking done in the month of May June & july was also delivered after 45 days and that too after at least 20-25 phone calls. My booking done on 14th August was delivered on 28th september. I have called the dealer from 23.9.2008 till date of delivery atleast 4-5 times daily. I went and created a scene in dealers shop &then came the refil. Next refil booked on 9.9.08 with booking number 28434 was delivered on 24 Sept 08, once again after lot of hot discussions over phone. It is learnt that refil booking done after my booking were delivered within a week. Now I have booked on 20th Oct. till today refil is not delivered. I am behind them for the last one week. I call the dealer atleast 10 times a day. They assure me every day but no delicery of refil.
