Cheating and non delivery

I got shifted from mumbai consumer code: 633557 and distributor code: 966170 to a city called kottayam in kerala. here i showed my transfer voucher to the distributor: tripthy flames 512490. they took the voucher and rupees 2604 and assured that i will get the connection activated within a week. i had applied on 01/09/08 and after that they have been giving me excuses. the incharge is absconding always. its been almost three months now and i can see more people being duped everyday. they take the money and then there is no gas being delivered. phones are not being answered. whenever you go personally they assure that you come tomorrow. tomorrow never comes. its been a harassment and real shame as i am new to the place and also do not understand the language. hope there will be some help...
