DELAY IN GAS CYLINDER DELIVERY

Hi,

My name is Sarika Dabholkar. I am having HP gas connection before we are staying at Wadala now we are shifted to Airoli.

Now here (Airoli) we are facing problem. We booked cylinder on 11 Nov 08 (Sr.no.9928) 21 days after booking also thery are not delivering cylinder and chargeing more charges and bekar part is they are giving it to hotel at higher rate without giving to household customer.

We are expecting that you will take serious action on this.
