Non delivery of gas cylinder /late delivery

Dear Sir,

At the time of booking the gas they tale 5 /7 days delivery, but every time i have to phone them and ask when are you delivering cylinder? Why the delivery is not effected in time?

Last month we were having guest in our home so as soon as the cylinder got empty i wanted to book the gas they told that 21 days are not over after we deliverd the cylinder is thare is rule like that? So i booked the gas after 21 days are over i.e on 22-11-08. at the time of booking i requested to deliver fast they told it will take 4 to 5 days . after waiting for 21 days if they can not deliver the cylinder then why there is a rule of 21 days. to my surprise till to day i.e1-12-08 still the cylinder is not delivered.

I request you to look in to the matter and inform me about of course of action you are going to take.
