LATE DELIVERY AND BOOKING PROBLEMS

DEAR SIR

My consumer no. is 511128 and agency is Saraswati Gas, Sanganer. Every time whenever i book my Gas the person tells that cylender will come in 7 days. but they don't deliver on time.

there phone always not reachable or not in service also and they don't reply properly also.

One Major problem is that they deliver late and when my gas is going to finish i call them and i want to book another cylender but they don't book my cyleder they tells that your time is not come after 21 days from the previous delivery they will book so call after. that why again my cylender get finish and again i am suffering . after 21 days i will book again, again they will deliver late so every time we will suffer.

Plz solved our problem ASAP. and tell us proper solution.
