Sir,

I have shifted my house from Ballygunge (R S Sharma) to Kasba everything was fine at Ballygunj, but your Gariahat distributir Dhar & Co. is useless, everyday they are telling that the SERVER IS DOWN- (Surprised HP Server is Down for so many days) so I am unable to Transfer it, Moreover they work only during 11AM to 3PM. only- I don't know the working hour.

It is very difficult to take leave everyday to attend their office for transfer-Consumer No.611179.

Please see this Distributor is informed that they have no right to harass customers in this way.
