Non Delivery of Gas Cylender in time

Dear Sir,

I have booked gas cylender for home delivery before 15 days, but till today i have not received the delivery of cylender, We are daily calling with our Gas Agency, their representative says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service from gas agency and it is regular & every time happening with me. They always avoid for door delivery though the distance of my residence is only 3km. Sometimes we got answer that cylender is in stock & you can come & collect the same. We have no manpower for door delivery. It will take 2-3 days for door delivery.
