On 27/11 I received one Gas cylinder and a Regulator from his stock room. On that day I paid Rs. 33000.00 for a new connection and Mr. Ranjit kr. Das said that after 15 days you will received your all papers from my office. On 12/12 he gave me only a Subscription Voucher.
