Not getting booking slip

Sir,

i am a consumer of HP GAS (ASHANVIT ENTERPRISES, OLD-318, NEW-400, JAWAHAR MARG, OPP. SHANI MANDIR, INDORE-452004) since 15 years, i am facing a problem, i am not getting booking slip instantly, whenever i go for booking gas, they pressurize us to purchase their personal products, instead of booking gas. please do the needful for us
