Description Dear Sir,

I have last delivery of refill on 5th Oct. There after I have booked refills during the month of November & December but the agency has failed to deliver me the refills. Every time enquiring on phone, they answered that there is short supply of refills from the company. On my personal visit at agency and enquiring the records, I shocked to know that they have posted delivery of refill in my account in the month of November. Whereas I have never been delivered any refill cylinder after 5th October.

It clearly seems that the gas agency is selling the refill cylinder in black market and minting money. On my protest, the owner of agency misbehaved and abused me. His version was, " do whatever you can. We are not afraid of anyone. We have spent & invested money to get this agency, why we would not mint money? Does Hindustan Petroleum suggest their dealers to mint money by selling refills in black?

You are hereby requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action in the interest of consumers. Otherwise consumer has to be forced to knock the door of law.

It is deeply regretted that no satisfactory action has been taken on my complaint. It seems that there are many more peoples who have hands in glove with the dealer who is selling gas in black market. The court of law ia lways a best option to treat these type of persons
