The service provided by Sugam enterprises is very bad. The phone is always engaged or no response. Many a times we have to go personally just to book the complaint, and then make follow-up calls to delivery boys to get the cylinder delivered and tip is demanded as if its thier right. They dont accept anything less than Rs. 25. If any one knows to whom we can complain about this dealer, pls reply to my email satchakrad@rediffmail.com so that I can complain with evidences to take action against this dealer so that he gives a prompt services going foward atleast
