Double connection request pending since 02/02..( 1Year now)

I have applied for double connection with HP Gas agency Maruthi Gas Co. Bangalore (Dealer code 15177900) #192, 27th Main, 2nd Sector HSR layout, Bangalore 560034 on 02/02 but till date i.e 14/01 i have not been provided with the double connection. Everytime i call i get the reply you have to wait and wait... I dont know when will the double cylinder be provided. Is there no one responsible to take the responsibilty and resolve the agony...
