Non Delivery After Booking of Cylinde

Dear Sir

I Hve Booked cylinder for Refiling On 6Th Jan 09 Under my Consumer No. 633714 At Ph. No. 0172-2650889 (Premium Gas Service Sec-27 Chd.). Yet I hve not received Any cylinder from Gas agency, Daily I hve follow reg supply, But Booking Ececutive replied Next day delivery, Till time no Delivery yet given. And just Today (19.01.09) 5 minute before (4:38 PM) Booking Executive tell me for 2 days later . 13 day go for booking and HP Gas Co. Claim for supply Within 3 Days. Pls Do the needful action And regulised our supply.
