Irregular delivery & misbehave from gas agency and delivery man

I am a coustomer of HP Gas. I am a working lady and do not stay at home during weak days and after verbal instruction, even I have given written instruction regarding this and instruct him to delivery the gas cylinder on saturday or sunday. Still he does not pay heed to my words and send gas cylinder as per his wish. When I contacted him over phone he simply instruct me to call next saturday for delivery on sunday. His gas delivery man namely "Bikash" misbehaved me like anything against my last booking through your helpline 1716 on 25th Dec. Please take necessary measures in this regard.
