POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES OF HP GAS DEALER

I am Customer Of HP GAS vide Customer No.610553 in BHUBANESWAR, ORISSA under Agency- SMRUTI GAS, 194, BAPUJI NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR-9.Since last 5-6 months our agency is showing poor Customer Services like delayed supply of Gas, Rude behaviour of employees of the agency. Besides that I have logged a complaint for check up of my Gas connection as it's not functioning well. But our agency did not send anybody to check up the same till today. I have also made several Telephonic Reminder but there is no result. Is it the way to respond in Any EMERGENCY SERVICE?
