Non Availablity of Gas after booking

I booked for gas on 2-Jan-09. Today is 19-Jan-09. The phone number provided by the local distributor, goes on ringing.By chance whenever I get them over phone they use to tell me that I'd get the gas by 'tomorrow'. But that 'Tomorrow' never comes. I am facing serious problems as there is my 4mnths old baby in my house and for her it is very much essential than us. Though I stated the fact but they didn't pay attention. CVould you please help me out.
