HP Gas
No response on telephone for Gas booking

Dear sir/madam,

During the past about one year we are facing problem for booking LPG from HP Gas agency (Jyothi Gas Agency, Visakhapatnam) on telephone; the phone is either found engaged or there is no response on the phone even after trying for hours together. This has been brought to the notice of the concerned HP PRO but no improvement. Further, there is no response on the toll free no of HP, advertised so greatly (1800-2333-777).

I don't know whom to approach now for resolving this problem!!
