Dear sir

I am HP Gas consumer no. 608732 with their distributer m/s trilok Gas distributers at Bodla Agra (UP) Distributers Code No. 965870.

I beg to submit as follows.

Distributer shifted his office 6 kms away from Bodla without informing me/all consumers of his where abouts causing a great difficulty in booking and recieving gas.

That the distributer is not having enough and trained staff to handle 30000 consumers as he claims he is having.

After visiting his office where he has shifted now, I found two girls strugling to answer consumer mob due non availabilities of records which are torn regisers /books/ pages.

My booking of 19 january cauld not be traced by poor attenders as they were unable to find out any thing in the mesh of torn books, finally they booked fresh.

My finding I submit that first the tele bookings are not entertainrd as after many calls you are lucky if connected /entertained. The records of telphone booking not kept. No morden means of booking provided such as email . booking numbers are not given. Next booking entertained only after 25 days.

People are asked to come and book rather then telephone.

there are complains of cylinder weight however difficult to esteblish.

One Mr Rajiv singh Advocate handles new office at kothi no. 83, Rajendra nagar, Eidgah openly says if you are not satisfied please take transfer go some where else.

Please persuade distributer to shift back his office at Bodla/He should book on telephone and provide booking no. on phone. Delivery of cylinder in strictly 7 to 10 days time. next cylinder booking in 15 to 20 days time

He should increase phone lines and trained man power also should give his email address to consumers.

Increase booking window to preferably two from existing one.

Grivience redresal should not be on booking window.
